Joshua proudly joined AC Lawyers bringing over a decade of experience working in mid and top tier international Law firms and Barristers Chambers both in Australia and Canada.

His broader experience is both in defendant and plaintiff personal injury law with a particular interest in assisting Emergency services workers.

Joshua chose a career in Law because of his deep motivation and strong commitment to assist clients at what are traumatic, difficult, and challenging times in their lives.

Joshua invests in and commits to understanding his client’s legal cases; developing strong and respectful working relationships with clients is important to him.

Depending on the legal issues involved in your matter, Joshua will assist and guide you to select the most effective and suitable process option to resolve your matter, whether by way of Mediation, Conciliation/Arbitration or as a last resort, purposively in litigation where your matter demands it. His approach to defending claims is robust. He provides a concise and direct claims management approach, which translates into timely and efficient resolutions of claims.

Outside of work, Joshua is equally busy keeping up with the demands of his 3 dachshunds and find more challenge in their pickiness for food than the Law.
