Joshua joined AC Lawyers, bringing over a decade of experience gained from mid-tier and top-tier international law firms and Barristers’ Chambers in both Australia and Canada.

He has broad experience working for both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury law and has a particular interest in assisting emergency services workers.

Joshua chose a career in law because of his deep motivation and strong commitment to assist clients at what are traumatic, difficult, and challenging times in their lives. He is dedicated to understanding each client’s legal matter and believes that developing strong, respectful working relationships is essential to achieving the best outcomes.

Depending on the legal issues involved in your matter, Joshua will assist and guide you to select the most effective and suitable process option to resolve your matter, whether by way of Mediation, Conciliation/Arbitration or as a last resort, purposively in litigation where your matter demands it. His approach to defending claims is robust, providing a concise and direct claims management style that promotes timely and efficient resolutions.

Outside of work, Joshua remains just as busy keeping up with the demands of his three dachshunds, finding their picky eating habits more challenging than the law itself.
